The three sets

• Classic — one extension per natural lash. Length and definition, still recognisably your own lashes.
• Hybrid — a mix of classic and volume fans. Texture and fullness without going dramatic.
• Russian volume — multiple ultra-fine extensions fanned onto each lash. Dense and dark.

Which suits you depends on how many natural lashes you have and how strong they are, not simply on what you want. A volume set on sparse, fine lashes is heavy and will not hold. We will tell you honestly what your lashes can carry.

Isolation is everything

Every extension is applied to one isolated natural lash so that lash can shed on its own cycle. Where extensions are glued across several lashes — which is what happens when a set is rushed — the lashes pull against each other as they grow, and that is what causes the damage people associate with extensions. A proper full set takes ninety minutes to two hours and cannot be done in forty.

Infills

You lose natural lashes daily as part of the normal cycle. Infills every two to three weeks replace what has shed. Leave it longer than four weeks and there is not enough of the original set left to infill, so it becomes a full set again.

Aftercare

No water or steam for twenty-four hours, no oil-based products or oily cleansers on the eye area, no mechanical curlers, and no picking or pulling. Brush them daily with the spoolie you are given. Sleep on your back if you can.

Patch test

A patch test at least twenty-four hours before your first set is required. Adhesive sensitivity is uncommon but real, and it is not something to find out about with a full set on.
