Mapping, not copying

The mapping stage is what separates HD Brows from a wax and tint. Your brow should start, arch and finish at points determined by your own face — the bridge of the nose, the pupil, the outer corner of the eye. A shape that suits someone on Instagram will not suit you if your bones are different, and a stylist who works to a trend rather than to your face is why so many people end up with brows that look slightly wrong and cannot say why.

Growing brows back

If yours have been over-plucked, the first appointment is often about restraint — tinting the fine hairs to create the illusion of width while a growth plan runs underneath. That can take two or three appointments across three months. We will tell you at the first one what is realistic.

Patch testing

A patch test is required at least twenty-four hours before your first tint, and again if it has been more than six months. This is not optional and we will not tint without one.

How often

Every four to five weeks holds the shape. Come in with a little growth rather than tidying them yourself in between — the stylist needs hair to work with.
