Why we do not put a star rating in our page code
A number of clinic websites display a star rating that search engines are asked to show alongside the listing. Google's own guidelines prohibit a business marking up reviews about itself in that way, and sites that do it risk a manual penalty. Our reviews are published on Google, where they belong and where nobody can edit them — including us.
What clients tend to say
Three themes come up more than any others. That the consultation was thorough and the reasoning explained. That a treatment was recommended against when it would not have helped. And that the results built over a course rather than arriving all at once — which is what a properly planned skin programme does.
