Skin & Co, 16 Oldgate, Morpeth — the clinic clients from Newcastle travel to

A skin clinic and salon about sixteen miles from Newcastle

Skin & Co is at 16 Oldgate in the centre of Morpeth, about about sixteen miles from Newcastle — twenty-five minutes in the car. Coming out of Newcastle for aesthetics only makes sense if what you get is better. What our city clients say brings them is the clinical standard and the absence of pressure — a consultation that will decline a treatment rather than upsell one.

Getting here from Newcastle

North on the A1 and off at Morpeth — twenty-five minutes outside rush hour. Morpeth is also on the East Coast Main Line, fifteen minutes by train from Newcastle Central, with the clinic a ten-minute walk from the station.

Oldgate runs west from the Market Place, so you are in the middle of town. Back Riggs, Dark Lane and the Sanderson Arcade car parks are all within a few minutes' walk, and Morpeth railway station on the East Coast Main Line is about ten minutes on foot. Buses from Newcastle, Ashington, Blyth and the coast stop in the town centre.

What Newcastle clients book with us

Injectables, Profhilo and polynucleotides, filler dissolving and correction, laser courses, and Hydrafacial.

One building, three floors of treatment

Skin & Co is a medical-led aesthetics clinic, a hair salon and a nail studio in the same building. That matters more than it sounds: a course of laser can sit alongside a colour appointment, a bride and her party can be prepared in one morning, and a skin plan does not mean driving between three different places in a fortnight.

Partnerships

We are Morpeth's official Hydrafacial provider, and we work on Lynton medical-grade laser, CryoPen cryotherapy and Dermalux LED. Those are the manufacturers' own platforms, with the training and consumables that come with them — not lookalike machines bought on price.

Consultation first

Every skin, laser and injectable plan starts with a consultation and a proper look at your skin, and treatment is only appropriate if that consultation says so. It is worth the journey from Newcastle once to find out what your skin actually needs before you commit to a course of anything.

Serving NE1 to NE7 and the surrounding suburbs and the surrounding villages.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I get the train from Newcastle?

Yes. Morpeth is about fifteen minutes from Central Station on the East Coast Main Line, and the clinic is a ten-minute walk from Morpeth station.

Why come out of the city for this?

For the clinical standard. Injectables are nurse-led with prescriptions from an independent prescriber, laser is a Lynton medical system, and we are Morpeth's official Hydrafacial provider.

Can you correct work done elsewhere?

Yes. Filler dissolving with hyaluronidase is a routine part of what we do, following a consultation and a prescription.
