Our team

A medically-led clinic built around twin aesthetics nurses, with a collective of specialists around them. Every treatment is delivered by the person who does that treatment all day — not by whoever happens to be free.

01 — Founder

Jessica Jade

Founder & Master Skin Specialist

Jessica founded Skin & Co to do advanced skin properly in Northumberland rather than sending clients down to Newcastle or London for it. Her work is medical-grade skincare, anti-ageing, acne and pigmentation — the concerns that need a protocol and a course, not a single facial.

She leads the clinic's skin analysis and homecare protocols, and her Signature Glass Facial earned its place on the menu because clients began asking for it by name.

02 — Aesthetics

Rachel

Aesthetics Nurse

Rachel leads the injectable and regenerative side of the clinic — anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal filler, Profhilo, polynucleotides and skin boosters, all delivered under a nurse's assessment rather than a sales conversation.

Nothing is treated on the day it is first discussed. Consultation, plan, then treatment — and a straight answer when the honest recommendation is to do nothing at all.

03 — Laser & Light

Rebecca

Aesthetics Nurse

Rebecca runs laser and light, working on the Lynton INITIA medical-grade diode — hair removal across every area and for every skin type, alongside IPL for pigmentation, acne, rosacea and thread veins — including Illumifacial, Lynton's combined IPL and skin-peel protocol.

A nurse on the laser is the difference between a treatment and a course that actually clears. Consultation and patch test come first, without exception.

The platforms behind the results

We buy the equipment the field's leading clinics buy, and we train on it properly. It is the most significant investment this clinic makes, and the reason we can treat conditions rather than just soften them.

Morpeth's official Hydrafacial® provider

Lynton

Laser & IPL

British-built, medical-grade, and the manufacturer used across the NHS. Our INITIA diode handles hair removal on every skin type; the IPL treats pigmentation, acne, rosacea and thread veins.

Hydrafacial®

Skin health

The world's most recognised facial platform, delivered here in full — Express through Platinum, back and booty protocols, and HydraScalp® with Keravive™ for scalp and hair.

CryoPen®

Lesion removal

Precision cryotherapy for skin tags, milia and benign lesions — seconds per lesion, no cutting, no stitches. Paired with mole checks reported by a dermatologist.

Dermalux®

LED phototherapy

Medical CE-marked LED, the most clinically trialled system of its kind. Used to calm, repair and accelerate recovery — including a dedicated programme for teenage skin.

Lynton, Hydrafacial, Keravive, CryoPen and Dermalux are trademarks of their respective owners.

How we work

Assessment first. Equipment that earns its place. Nobody selling you something you don't need.

Injectable treatments are medically-led, with prescriptions issued by an independent prescriber and a consultation before anything is agreed. Laser requires a patch test at least 48 hours ahead of a first treatment.

If you don't know which of us you need, book a New Client Skin Consultation. We'll put you in front of the right practitioner — including telling you when that practitioner isn't one of ours.
