How to buy one

Call in at 16 Oldgate, telephone the clinic, or message us and we will sort it. We can hand it to you in person, or post it if you are buying from a distance — plenty of our vouchers are bought by family living elsewhere for someone in Morpeth.

Validity and use

Vouchers are valid for twelve months from purchase. They can be used in part — there is no requirement to spend the whole amount in one visit — and the balance stays on the voucher. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

If it is for a treatment with a consultation

Some things — injectables, laser, a course of anything — require a consultation first, and treatment is only appropriate if the consultation says so. A voucher covers the cost either way, and if a treatment turns out not to be suitable the value can go toward something that is. Worth knowing before you buy one for a specific purpose.
