Skin & Co, 16 Oldgate, Morpeth — the clinic clients from Longhorsley travel to

A skin clinic and salon about six miles from Longhorsley

Skin & Co is at 16 Oldgate in the centre of Morpeth, about about six miles from Longhorsley — twelve minutes in the car. For the villages north-west of Morpeth we are the closest place doing clinical skin work, and considerably closer than driving to Newcastle for the same thing.

Getting here from Longhorsley

The A697 south into Morpeth — a clean, quick road that brings you in from the north-west, with no town traffic until you reach the centre.

Oldgate runs west from the Market Place, so you are in the middle of town. Back Riggs, Dark Lane and the Sanderson Arcade car parks are all within a few minutes' walk, and Morpeth railway station on the East Coast Main Line is about ten minutes on foot. Buses from Newcastle, Ashington, Blyth and the coast stop in the town centre.

What Longhorsley clients book with us

Skin consultations and courses, Hydrafacial, injectables and colour. Rural clients tend to book longer combined appointments rather than several short ones, and we plan the day around that.

One building, three floors of treatment

Skin & Co is a medical-led aesthetics clinic, a hair salon and a nail studio in the same building. That matters more than it sounds: a course of laser can sit alongside a colour appointment, a bride and her party can be prepared in one morning, and a skin plan does not mean driving between three different places in a fortnight.

Partnerships

We are Morpeth's official Hydrafacial provider, and we work on Lynton medical-grade laser, CryoPen cryotherapy and Dermalux LED. Those are the manufacturers' own platforms, with the training and consumables that come with them — not lookalike machines bought on price.

Consultation first

Every skin, laser and injectable plan starts with a consultation and a proper look at your skin, and treatment is only appropriate if that consultation says so. It is worth the journey from Longhorsley once to find out what your skin actually needs before you commit to a course of anything.
